If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full or partial refund or exchange.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>To be eligible for a return, your frozen food item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. The product must also be in the same condition as when you received it, including being properly stored at the required frozen temperature.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>Non-Returnable Items\u00a0 <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Due to the nature of frozen food products, certain items cannot be returned for health and safety reasons. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from it.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Depending on your location, the time it takes for an exchanged product to reach you may vary. For orders which are on the expensive side, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
